Medibat is established in 1991 by the dynamic teamwork of the Chamber of Commerce and industry of Sfax.

Responding to the needs of many professionals, which is guaranteed by the region.

This biennial exhibition is considered as one of the most notable international meeting in Construction and public work sectors.

More than 30 countries were represented in previous sessions and 80 % of the exhibitors renovate their participations in every edition.

Sfax International Exhibition provides the participants with an exhibition area of more than 33 000 sqm that is equipped with all indispensible means of communication for business men, which facilitates and contributes to realize different operations.

Through its 15th edition, Medibat grants all the participants its best sense of professionalism along with savoir faire attitude.

In addition to the organizing committee of the Chamber, Sfax as a city is mobilized by this event: Consequently, structures of accommodation were set, cultural entertainment and touristic visits are proposed during the Exhibition, different means of transport and communication were put at disposal.

The Chamber of Commerce team is pleased to invite you to join up the 15th session of the Mediterranean exhibition of Construction, up to; we keep in contact with you through our website.

 

 

Article1: Potential exhibitors at the fair are: companies operating in the building, public works and all sectors related.

Article2: The organizational arrangements of the exhibition such as the opening date, the duration, thelocation, the opening and closing hours are determinedby the organizer and can be modified on his initiative.

Article3: Every potential exhibitor should submit anapplication form to the organizer. If accepted, theapplication form will be considered as a firm andirrevocable commitment to pay the total amount of thestand reservation.

Article4: The application forms must be submitted to the Sfax Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) with an advance of 50% of the total exhibition fees.This initial payment will be refunded if the applicant isnot accepted to exhibit. However, the organizer willkeep it in case of desistence. The remaining 50% mustbe paid to (SCCI) before February 11th, 2019. Applicationforms without the 50% advance of the total amountwill be not taken into account.
Any desistence will engender no refund.

Article5: Exhibitors may pay their participation fees incash or by check to the Sfax Chamber of Commerce and Industry or by a bank transfer payable to the SfaxChamber of Commerce and Industry on account numbermentioned in stand reservation.

Article6: The exhibition plan and location stands will be established by the organizer according to the sectors space and the progress of the stands booking .

Article7: Stands in the fair will be available three (3) daysbefore the official inauguration date. Fittings anddecoration need to be done at least 12 hours before the opening at the latest March 5th,2019 at 10pm.

Article 8: ln addition to the insurance coveringdisplayed goods, the exhibitor is asked to take up at hisown expenses an insurance policy covering the riskshimself or his staff run or others may run. The guardingof the stands and their content is only secured duringthe fair closing hours, During the opening time, thegoods and the equipments are under the exhibitor’sresponsibility.
Exhibitor is also fully responsible for guarding its goods when layout fitting, and the last day after theclosure of the exhibition.

Article 9: For the closure of the exhibition, stand dismantling and removal of goods will have to becarried out no sooner than 7.00 pm March 9th2019. in order to move out the goods the exhibito must get a pass issued by the organizer. All stands must be removed goods and decoration, withintwo days after the closure of the fair. If not a 300 TD penaltyper day will be applied.

Article 10: Before February the 28th, 2019, eachexhibitor will receive a plan of his/her stand accordingto the general plan of the fair and to the sectors-spaces.

Article 11: It is strictly forbidden to use loudspeakers music, spot lights, distribute documents of any kind inthe corridors or in the entrance halls of the fair, sell orsublet the stands and circulate with a means of transportinside the exhibition halls from 9.30 am to 8.00 pm.
At the closing of the stands the exhibitor is required to turn off the lights and disconnect the eclectic plugs.
It is forbidden to exceed the area – even in height – of the allocated exhibition space.

Article 12: All damages caused to the stand must berepaired according to the quality standards by the exhibitorwho will pay the expenses.

Article 13: ln case of force majeure that imposes topostpone the exhibition to a later date, the advancespaid will be automatically acquired by the SCCI. ln caseof major or unexpected circumstances when the exhibitioncannot take place and the admission requests are cancelled,the prior-paid advances other than the 50% deposit(all taxes included), will be refunded after the deductionof the amount committed by the SCCI.

Article 14: For security reasons, the exhibitors may build a mezzanine only after acceptance by the organizer of the declared total area,obtaining a certificate of conformity and security issued by a civil engineering and control office and if there is no common partition with neighboring stands.

Article 15:Each exhibitor should coordinate with hisneighbors regarding the common height partition toguarantee better harmony.
