CCI Sfax Reinforces the International Outreach of “MEDIBAT 2027” and Issues Invitations to Participate on the Sidelines of the Fez Forum
True to its ongoing commitment to strengthening the international outreach of the Mediterranean Building Trade Fair “MEDIBAT 2027,” the Sfax Chamber of Commerce and Industry leveraged its participation in the Fez Economic Forum and the proceedings of the 50th General Assembly of the Permanent Conference of African and Francophone Consular Chambers (CPCCAF). It thereby issued official invitations to the various chambers of commerce and economic delegations present, inviting them to attend the fair’s 19th edition.
On the occasion of this event, held in Fez (Kingdom of Morocco) from June 23 to 27, 2026, the Chamber continued its efforts to promote the fair, further affirming its standing as a leading economic player at the regional level.
The Chamber was represented at this event by its President, Mr. Habib Hammami, and its Director General, Mr. Hichem Elloumi, who used the occasion of this international forum to present MEDIBAT as one of the region’s most prominent specialized economic events. “This invitation is extended to all our African and Francophone partners: MEDIBAT is a concrete opportunity for business meetings and lasting partnerships,” Mr. Hammami stated on the occasion.
In this context, the Secretary General of the CPCCAF, Ms. Estelle Gillot-Valet, praised the expertise the Chamber has built up in organizing international trade fairs, citing MEDIBAT as a successful model reflecting its leading position in organizing major economic events — a statement that further reinforced the credibility of the invitation extended for participation.
Sfax awaits attendees from April 21 to 24, 2027, for this 19th edition, set to be a highlight of economic cooperation between Africa and the Mediterranean region.
